Scenic World Blue Mountains
Many of the experiences on offer at Scenic World are distinctive to this part of fresh South Wales, as well as can be found nowhere else on earth. Which means that you’re entering the record books every time you visit.

Established in 1945, the family-owned business occupies prime real estate in the World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains. The views extend to the Three Sisters as well as across canyons, as well as the attractions make the most of the outlook.
On the Scenic Railway, jump aboard the world’s steepest passenger train, travelling from the escarpment down 310m into the forest on a 52-degree rail incline. At the base, a web of hiking trails explore the Jamison Valley rainforest. Take the train’s return trip, or catch the 545m Scenic Cableway back to the top.

For an even further vertiginous stay, sign up for the Scenic Skyway, which glides between clifftops 270 metres above the valley floor. Yes, birds will fly below you. If you want to set your heart racing, try the Beyond Skyway stay: you clip into a harness, open a hatch, as well as climb onto the roof of the Skyway to stay sunset colours. On the return voyage, there’s champagne to toast your bravery.
